Can anyone recommend a book that explains what they mean. I know yoga tech has a numerology but don't know if those answers are in there. Also is it ok to "chant" I guess would be better word than meditate Sat Nam and Ek Ong Kar on my way to work. I guess I am asking if there are benefits even if you aren't meditating (cause I'm driving)? Any input? And I did the prosperty meditation (Har Har). Just wanted everyone to know it's wonderful.
