Good morning.

Logs- web, written, photographic, whatever the media, are priceless- even if

only the logger reads them. They enable us to mark time, which fleets all

too quickly, and offer a reference for when our memory fades. In spiritual

practice, I have found logs help strengthen my path. To the point of doing

what you say you will do- that also is priceless. There is so much

opportunity to float around, unchecked, the ability to be steadfast in one

area of experience will surely reflect on others.

Thanks for posting the site for the weblog. Sat Santok is such a cool

person - former manager for the Greatful Dead! organizer for War

Resister's League! Wow! One of the many things that I've in common

with the Sikhs is that I always wanted to pursue a spiritual path but

not put my head in the ground. And it is definitely possible to be

spiritual and partake of the world and participate in movements which

will (hopefully) create a better world.

He is inspiring. Thanks to you. I'll read all his postings over time.
