I use the word 'pants' and not 'trousers'! :-) I'm looking for a resource for Yoga 'pants'. The type that become narrower as they near the ankles.. so that when I postures like Kundalini Lotus and Shoulderstand, they stay in place. Many thanks Sat Nam, Krishan Shiva x ______________________ ______________________ Message: 2 Mon, 25 Aug 2003 21:02:05 +1000 "Shirley-Ann O'Connor" Re: brief introduction Hi jack 44 Nice to hear from you, i am new to this also, and very much looking forward to starting KY I'm not religious, prefer to describe myself as spiritually inclined. love to chat some more at a later date. til then shirley (brightmeadow healing) >"jack van den broek" >Kundaliniyoga >To: >Kundalini Yoga brief introduction >Wed, 20 Aug 2003 00:03:29 +0200 > >jack 44 like to follow or contribute to the group. new on this. starting a >yogacourse in september. not religios but raised as a catholic, >netherlands, hello every one, nice meeting you > > > > > _______________ Hot chart ringtones and polyphonics. You need someone to make Cheridars for you. Somewhat snug around the calfs but very loose above the knee. I don't know if your build is close to "average" or not. If so, you may be able to get some hand-me-downs for a few bucks/pounds. This is something I have made in India for about $5 US dollars. Sat Santok is such a cool person - former manager for the Greatful Dead! organizer for War Resister's League! Wow! One of the many things that I've in common with the Sikhs is that I always wanted to pursue a spiritual path but not put my head in the ground. And it is definitely possible to be spiritual and partake of the world and participate in movements which will (hopefully) create a better world. He is inspiring. Thanks to you. I'll read all his postings over time. They each have different effects, but when practiced in the sequence I described in my other email have an effect that covers you in ways too vast to try and describe. I will say that Kirtan Kriya , and this all described, give you your "destiny", your resonate with acceptance of the inarguable truth of Sa Ta Na Ma. Birth, Life, Death and Rebirth. For me it's about sorting out all of what is and and finding my flow within it all. Having now "found" your destiny, you then want to fulfill it. Resonate with Truth, Bliss, success. That's what Wahe Guru brings to the practitioner. That's what Sodarshan Chakra Kriya is good for. You must practice this and find your own voice. It is a very complete practice although I will do a full yoga set or Surya Namaskar beforehand......And Always Tune In! Just get started and if you have questions I, and others, will be here. Finish up with One Minute Breath (20-20-20) Layout for a couple minutes between each meditation/kriya For Sodarshan Chakra Kriya go to (and spell it correctly) http://www.sahej.com/Sodarshan.html Sat Nam, Dharam Ram Narayan Gupta wrote: > Satnam! siri Dharam Singh ji! > In one of your mail U advised to do the "Aquarian Meditation" > upto 11 minutes each part.Since I m also practicing KY kindly > elaborate procedure for this meditation for my information. > Further, since, I am not getting website > "sahaj.com/sodarshan.html I would request U to kindly highlight > ptactice of Sodarshan chakra kriya. > With regards. ______________________ ______________________ Message: 8 Tue, 26 Aug 2003 00:13:34 -0400 Dharam Singh All Night Kirtan (one Blessed Pajama Party) A little musical taste of Ransabhai (All night meditation music/sleep over).
