Hi Bonnie,

 

Are you referring specifically to yoga classes for drugs and depression

or just Kundalini Yoga in general?

Practitioners of Kundalini Yoga find that many bad habits (even french

fries) begin to fall away. Once you get a feeling of how good it feels

to be energy, you are dis-inclined to do something that brings you down.

Taking it one day at a time works best.

I live in Mass. and teach in Cambridge and you are free to call me

(contact me of post for specifics). There are classes but I can't recall

anything specific to drugs or depression, although we have some yoga

oriented counselors in this region
