I´ve been doing the strengthening the nervous system and immune system kiriya from Transitions to a heart centered world and it is great! It gives me confidance and tenacitiy whereas before only apathy in my conversations but two days practice. One question will the effects diminish with time or build? The Nabhi kiriya used to work for me but now it is more subtle. I´d appreciate input and advice. Leo testing out smiling budda, thanx.
