Guest guest
Dear Karta Purkh Khalsa Thank you for your question. To reply to a message you just hit the reply button on your computer. Before composing your reply please insure that you edit the original, especially if it is the digest, to remove all irrelevant material and all old message footers. Just keep the bare minimum from the original message to give some context to your reply, and to help others follow the thread. It is important that you use an appropriate subject heading - if the original heading is relevant, then use it, else change it to something more suitable. Then compose your message and send it to the list. It is a matter of individual preference whether you take individual postings or the daily digest. On the subject of posting, we get a lot of complaints from new rs that their postings do not get through. Invariably this is because they have not followed our guidelines which are sent out to them when they join. I will reiterate the points above - edit original message if replying to someone, use appropriate heading, and make sure that your post is relevant to our core subject - Kundalini Yoga. If your message is rejected for any reason, you will be told why. Don't give up. Make the requested changes and resubmit. It is as simple as that. Finally, if anyone needs to change their subscription details, then this is something they need to do for themselves at the Website. (/mygroups). If they do not have Web access to , then they need to do it by email. Enjoy your Kundalini Yoga. Sat Nam! I get the digest edition. I would like to be more active -- do you recommend getting individual posts or what? Thanks for your time.
