Sat Nam,

Right off the top of my turban my first suggestion

would be that you try the kriya "Kriya for Conquering

Sleep" When I teach it I tell my students that it

seems to work both ways: If you are tired it will give

you energy and if you are hyper it will relax you

(Bridge Pose is very relaxing!)

There is another kriya (I'll have to root around in

the bottom of my notes trunk to find it!) that has you

meditating for 11 minutes, drinking water, then going

to sleep. You awaken to get rid of the water (pee) and

then repeat the process. This is a way of training

yourself to subsist on 4-6 hours per night which most

of us of normal health can get by on. I have to look

for it!
