Guest guest
Sat Nam... Can anyone explain this to me? Yogi Bhajan teaches that a woman has 11 moon centers and throughout 28 days these different centers become activated at different times, bringing with it a different flavour in how the woman will respond at those times. I am trying figure out where I am in this...but have a little confusion around the directions to figure this out. So I am wondering do the 11 follow an order...meaning once I locate myself in one of the centers I can then just look at the list and follow it from there to figure out the rest? or..is it...these are the 11 centers...and they can appear in any order over the next 28 days...go figure it out! If this is the case...does anyone have any tips on what might be a very obvious sign or a very easily recognizable characteristic of one of the centers I could be looking for...to start narrowing it down? Guest guest
Best way is to use muscle testing/kinesiology. Go through the moon centres to find out which one you are in. Do that every day for a while and you will begin to resonate with them. The behavioural descriptions are often too subjective to track accurately.-- -
Guest guest
I actually came across an answer to this question while I was leafing through a book in our local bookstore, this afternoon. But I have to admit...your suggestion involves less people and less time and effort then the answer I came across!!! ha Ha! (there was chasing down of the moon center.... and finding of the hot spot going on!! Seemed like quite a to-do!!) Ha ha! Thank you...I will try the Mm testing first! sevasimransingh <mark.terrell wrote: Best way is to use muscle testing/kinesiology. Go through the moon centres to find out which one you are in. Guest guest
Sat Nam Krishan Shiva Kaur, Preferably get your partner (if you have one) to help you with this. Just list the centres. Have the intention of testing strong only for the centre that represents the moon that you are in. Then think about each particular centre, as the tester touches each particular part of the body then muscle tests it. If you are sensitive you should feel it internally when you get the "yes," as well as having your muscle test strong. If you do this with a partner with whom you are intimate they will probably feel the energy of it too. --- In Kundaliniyoga, "Krishan Shiva Kaur" <krishanshivakaur@u...> wrote: >> Seva Simran, >> >> Could you please give directions for how use kinesiology to narrow >>down which moon centre I am in. >> >> Thanks. >> >> ~*~ Krishan Shiva Kaur ~*~
