Guest guest
Hi everyone, I was wondering if someone could tell me why we use odd numbers for the exercises is KY. What's the reason for that? also, I know this isn't very "high minded"--I mean, I should be more concerned with world peace and all, but can anyone out there help me with a kriya to lose weight??? I'd be a lot more able to do good in the world if I didn't have this extra weight to lug around. Any ideas?? Cat
Guest guest
Sat Naam! I like talking about the numbers of yoga!! Here is some info I have compiled: MINUTES In 3 minutes, you affect your circulation and blood stability. In 11 minutes the pituitary and nerves start to learn and change. In 22 minutes your three minds (Negative, Positive and Neutral) start to work together so your mental integration changes. In 31 minutes affects your whole mind, your aura and the 31 Tatvas are balanced. In 37-1/2 minutes reflects from the whole aura to infinity and back, stimulating the perception of Naad - the inner sound. In 62 minutes your "shad-ow mind" and your positive projection are integrat-ed. Cycle of 8 = Breath / Prana In 2-1/2 hours is a complete cycle of Prana and Apana so that what you gain will hold through the cycle of the day; it holds change in the subconscious. DAYS 40 days to change/set a habit 90 days implant a new habit into subconscious/reaping the fruit 120 days locks in a permanent pattern/gratitude: the habit becomes “who you are” 1000 days mastery…………………………. MORE 11 number of infinity 26 number of fearlessness – also # of vertebrae in spine 54 calm teacher of the heart 108 the serene combination of creativity, salvation and fearlessness. sat naam ranjit k. >Cat Bisset <bissetcat >Kundaliniyoga >kundaliniyoga >Kundalini Yoga 3, 7, 11,ect.? >Mon, 8 Sep 2003 18:18:52 -0700 (PDT) > >Hi everyone, >I was wondering if someone could tell me why we use odd numbers for the >exercises is KY.
