I've been through cleansing, but my weight is very persistant. What is interesting that I have never had this problem before, and had never was overweight until a few years ago. I had long time ago 35 pounds of overweigth and now I am just about in my weight (well, I would like to loose 4 pounds more). To loose weight you must forget about sugar, fat, alcohol, or eating untill your stomach is full.
