In the archive you'll find

Kundaliniyoga/message/15031

Also, you want to seriously work with your ph (acid - alkaline balance).

You'll be amazed how much weight you can lose by cleansing and reducing

your ph.

You can download a guide at

http://www.ariseandshine.com/cleanseguide.html. I lost 15 pounds in

three weeks and that wasn't intentional

Hello, Dharam Singh,

Could you please tell more to those of us who are ready. I've been through

cleansing, but my weight is very persistant. What is interesting that I have

never had this problem before, and had never was overweight until a few years

ago. There are extra 15 pounds that I just cannot get rid of. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Agali.

agali ... as every body knows to loose weight is a matter

of then proportion of energy, calories etc intake and

consumption.. I had long time ago 35 pounds of overweigth

and now I am just about in my weight (well, I would like

to loose 4 pounds more).

To loose weight you must forget about sugar, fat, alcohol,

or eating untill your stomach is full. You must eat lots

of vegs, some cereals, frutis, you know..etc etc and what

is very important is to make regularly (besides the asanas

of course) some aerobic exercise. 5 times a week (or

everyday better) during one hour or a bit more: walking at

a martial rate or a bit faster if you can, swimming, or

any other sport that you like...

good luck
