Master's Touch Class (Yogi Bhajan)

Sat Nam to all Yogis and Yoginis:

 

It's the first time that I write to this group. It has been 8 days since I

returned from Albuquerque, New Mexico. I live in Spring Hill, Florida. I had the

opportunity to be part of the Master's Touch Class with Yogi Bhajan. I bring to

you all his blessings, Light and Love. I can't describe all the love and

compassion that Yogi Bhajan reflects for all of us. He doesn't have students as

you all know. He has Teachers and he trained us in the best way so that we can

teach this wonderful Technology. Even though that he was fragile with his health

he came to Lecture us four times. We went to Espanola twice at the Ashram to

received his Lectures. The most wonderful experience was that we were invited to

go to his Birthday Party. He turned 74. This Party was wonderful all the people

were so elegant and those turbans were gorgeous and some men wore giant swords.

It was like a Hollywood Movie, I wished that all of you could be there. Everyone

knew about the 120 students from Master's Touch that came from all over the

world. They were very kind to us. This class was very intense we started the

day at 2:45 a.m. with a cold shower, Sadhana until 6 a.m.. We learn from the

Teachers all day and we did Yoga all day too. The day ended at 10:00 p.m.. This

has been a wonderful experience for me as a human being. I returned to my house

with another point of view. The things that were important are not important

anymore. I have to adapt myself to this change. If somebody has the opportunity

to take this Class I will advise you to do it. It's very intense but very good

and rewarding.

 

By the way I have read some of the posts about Spiritual Names. All the

Teachers that we had advised us to be very careful to ask for a Spiritual Name

because your life will change with that. We have to meditate for long time to

find out which path we have to follow to serve humanity.

 

I don't want to take more time from you maybe ahead I will share some stories

about my classes and the acknowledge from all those marvelous Teachers like

Shakti Parwha Kaur Khalsa, Bibiji Yogi Bhajan's wife, Gurucharan Singh Khalsa

and specially the teaching of our beloved Teacher Yogi Bhajan. For now I'm going

to leave you with all the Light and Love from all the 120 souls that for 18 days

meet every morning in Albuquerque to had Sadhana.
