Guest guest
Hello Agali, I losed 20 pounds in two months from 160 to 140 pounds. Now I can easily perform some Asanas (stomach was problem) and Pranayama. Now I was realy surprised with my new best time from 2 min. 40 sec to 3 minutes air in lungs. I simple eat just diferent fruits and vegetables at begining without limits so much as a wish. At begining you will have a feeling that stomac is full but that you are hungry. Body need time to accept new habit (food without lot of material sort of energy). I kick out meat, bread and all sugger products without any other rules or diets. Vitamins and minerals you can buy separated to make sure that your body receive quantity which is needed for daily function. I hope that can be helpful for you. And if you do more Pranayama you simple need less to eat. (with full stomach you can forget advanced pranayama, simple too hard and uncomfortable and mission imposibble).I do not know how and why but that is truth. I supose that body and mind receive energy on other way. Frienly advice: not much thinking, simple just doing. Iff you start to think then can come strong oposite thoughts and strong wishes to eat things which make weight bigger. Mind look for pleasure. Iff he do not find inside then look outside (food). Iff you more meditate and perform more Pranayama mind will simple not look too much in refridgerator direction. Refridgerator is outside. But in imagination and dreams can be also inside. Iff mind find greater pleasure then he is ready to forget lesser pleasure. All must be done easy and natural without force. But certain quantity of spiritual discipline is necesary. Iff you wish you can also read "Shankaranama uvaca" von Yogi Vhasista (I am not sure that name of author is correct). Best wishes Greeting from Mannheim- Germany Jupiter P.S. Iff you wins (matter of discipline) it would be pleasure for me to read yor message on this group.
