Guest guest
Sat Nam Agali, My two experiences weight loss are through (1) doing the "Arise and Shine" cleanse which works specifically with intestines and more particularly Alkalizing your system (see link below), (2) and through working with cutting down on any fats and oils (for a sort while) while also doing the "Great Royal/Youngblood Diet" (http://store./ahw/10020.html). This is pretty amazing stuff. Yogi Bhajan is a Master of Ayurveda. He put that knowledge to use when creating this mixture. To appreciate the perspective that Ayurveda brings to this whole subject takes a little bit of reading. Once you are informed, transformation can begin on levels that are far beyond simply seeing food as being either a fat producing or not. (see archive link below for more info). For instance, knowing that there are six different Tastes that need to be satisfied, and if they aren't, then you will feel a perverted need to satisfy yourself through the wrong foods. The Tastes and all the Five Senses are needing our complete attention or else our very Soul is wanting. Those of us who are struggling with issues of weight or addiction, just to mention a couple of manifestations, know the craving that is driving us. One can still count calories (Weight Watchers) but but we have to go beyond that, in my opinion. What I like about the Ayurvedic approach is it isn't all about "discipline". Additionally, when one one is working with the "Arise and Shine" cleanse, you are avoiding foods that are acid producing rather than specifically fat producing or high calorie. In the archive you'll find Kundaliniyoga/message/15031 In it I have excerpted a bit from "Prakruti" by Robert Svoboda Also, you want to seriously work with your ph (acid - alkaline balance). You'll be amazed how much weight you can lose by cleansing and reducing your ph. You can download the Arise and Shine guide at http://www.ariseandshine.com/cleanseguide.html. I lost 15 pounds in three weeks and that wasn't intentional
Guest guest
Thank you so much to all who have replied with the suggestions. I've been through blood type diet, and do not eat wheat. My only problem is sugar, I have cravings to the chocolate. Dear Dharam, I do drink alkalaine water, does not help me alone I guess. There is something missing. How can I learn more about the "Great Royal/Youngblood Diet"? The description is very short, and does not say what ingridients are put in. You are saying it's amaizing. What is amaizing about it? Have you or anybody you know tried it? Also, you mentioned about doing some reading. What do you recommend? Thanks a bunch! Guest guest
agali, you can make whatever you like.. exercise, yoga etc, if you do not stop eating chocolate you will never loose weight... I also like chocolate very much and also any kind of sweet, but especialy milk chocolate, and never never can loose weight if I eat chocolate.. also this thing keeps you the habbit it is like alcohol or cigarettes... If you buy one american book called: "the calories book" you can see that to burn the calories and energy, proteins, fats, etc that you get with one tablet of milk chocolate you must play 5 hours of strong tennis, or 4 hours running (30kms minimun) or 2 hours swimming, etc. This book also recommends to right in a paper what you eat or drink everytime so you see at the end of the days how many caloties you intake,,, you will be surprise that many people take more than 5.000 per day,, if you burn only 3.000 you get those 40 pounds of overweight in 3 months.. easly. And again... buying books will not help you a lot is what you do what helps sorry... it is like it is... sat nam Luis ----------------- Amplia tus posibilidades de ganar más con el nuevo Depósito 5% http://ingdirect.ozu.es/ ----------------- Correo enviado desde http://www.ozu.es
