But I think its ok to do this as a normal hatha yoga set. For ex. Start with the spinal warmups as we use in K yoga. after that can you follow up with the asanas of your choise. The book Yoga for woman is a perfekt exaple of combining diffrent tequnices. But of course, dont call it Kundalini yoga!! Sat Nam and love to all!! Guru bir kaur.
