KY for Fibromyalgia/Sciatica

I have a yoga student who is 75 years old with chronic fibromyalgia

and sciatica. She is very stiff and in pain much of the time. I

have her do extra gentle yoga asanas (mostly supported and

restorative) and breathwork (belly, 3 part, Ujjayi, Nadi Shodana)and

also include some Qi Gong exercises and ofcourse deep

relaxation/visualization/meditation. She's enjoying it so far.

Would Kundalini yoga benefit her? If so, please tell me which

exercises/breathing you would recommend for her. I'm trying to give

her as much variety as possible.
