Guest guest
Sat Nam, I am new in the group. I am practising kundalini yoga since six years. I started as I was pregnant. I am french, and my english is not mistake free. Sorry. I have difficulties to find a teacher who I can consider as a spiritual guide too. I was disappointed sometimes with the dogmatism, (also intolerance and really lack of common sense) of some obviously good teachers. Above this I am a bit short on money these days. So, II am practicing alone and that's why I wanted to be connected to a group. The basic breath series is really nice. But I realized yesterday that I was doing something wrong. I kept on holding my breath 10 seconds between each inhale/exhale. And actually, I like it this way a lot. It makes me very quiet and concentrated. Does this fit to the idea of the exercise anyway?? Have a splendid sunny day Sat Nam Saruj
