Sat Nam Saruj,

I love the basic breath series too..it is very calming and peaceful and also

very good for cleaning our inner channels.

The point were you are supposed to hold your breath is at the end of each

part of the kriya, like at the end of the 3min for each nostril. Why don't

you try to inhale for 10 seconds more instead of holding your breath and see

what happens?
