Guest guest
Thank you mary and sat sageet, For your encouraging words. It makes me feel like I am not alone in personal quest to go deeper in order to find ¨me¨´ and exact me from the hurt and scar tissue. This is a process I´m happy to know that others feel the same way and are searching also. I consider this the most important mission of my life and it is difficult to balance with work and girlfriend and all the other outside influences which don´t validate what we are doing and think it is crazy. I have this poster in my livingroom which keeps me going. It has this great print by Durrer (The rider) it is of a midevil knight taughted by the devil and ridding through the mountains with his dog. Underneath a quote by Saint Agustine. ¨ Fight without relent against internal and external enemies. Conquer yourself and the world shall be yours.¨ I´m doing my 40 days of kirten kriya. Gotta go and tune in, turn on, and drop in on the real me! Thanx to all The New with improved product search

Guest guest
Sat Nam Chris, In the manual "Sadhana Guidelines", p.47 there is a great kriya called "Flexibility and the Spine". It needs a moderate degree of flexibility but it is especially recommended for "students who want to eject residual poisons and drugs from the muscle tissue". Maybe you should give it a try and see what happens. Love and Light Sat Atma
