Guest guest Posted September 29, 2003 Report Share Posted September 29, 2003 Sat Nam, One of my yoga students asks "upon awakening in the morning, I find my eyes rolled up a bit and I see the color yellow----like I'm looking through it. Its sort of a golden yellow with a slight orange tint. I'm curious as to what this means? Is it possibly chakra related? Any ideas or info would appreciated." She also said that she feels like she's recently "taken some energetic hits" to the navel area. Can anyone shed some light?
