It has been my main method of controlling my own anger and resentment at various people over the last few years, and it has served me quite well. It is not going too far to say that Sat Kriya is the only reason that I am still married and still have my job. Also, there is the "Anger Set" in the manual "Relax and Renew", by Gururattan Kaur. Of course, long deep breathing and Sitali breath are also great techniques for controlling the two emotions in question. God bless. S.S.
