Well, i had a misscarriage recently. Now that i'm trying to conceive again. I wanted to know, if there are any good kundalini yoga exercises/meditation to help in both this time & pregnancy. I'm extra concerned/nervous this time. Pl let me know. Thanks Dear Mxsing: With the advice of your yoga teacher try camel pose. I know a lady who suffered a number of miscarriages and practiced this for 11 min a day for a month or so and finally concieved and gave birth to a healthy child. Check with your doctor as to the appropriateness of this exercise. I'm sure the other ladies will chime in on this.
