You can find a really nice musical version by Sangeet Kaur Khalsa on Woman' yoga

music, the CD goes with Shakta Kaur khalsa book Yoga for Women ,

www.spiritvoyage.com . Or you can purchase the CD Naad: The Blessing . I think

this is one of those mantras that you have to listen to . I copied it from the

booklet that came with the CD. Good luck and be well .
