Guest guest
Be very careful with Camel Pose it is an extremely powerful exercise. If your teacher (yoga) and your ob/gyn who is aware of any special considerations, agree then give it a try but be very aware of what is going on in that area. When you are in deep meditation you, the real you, is on another level. Someone coming in and seeing your "body" thinks you're all there, so they go ahead and relate as they would normally. Especially a child! Meditation is very definetly reordering the you within you. As you are going through this process any disruption from another plane can be very disturbing. But, if you can deepen your meditation AND your awareness of the process, disruptions (which will continue to happen) can be handled as just another part of the world we live (and meditate) in. They happen, they pass, you continue, they continue, you adjust, you become elevated! It's all just process.
