Rock Pose Difficulty

Hello everyone,

I have a quick question regarding the rock pose. I am not able to

do it comfortably since I have bad knees. I was wondering if you

know of some Kundalini krias/poses that I might do to help build the

strength and flexibility of my knees so that I can do rock pose

comfortably at some point in the future.
