Guest guest
Sat Nam, 1. Can someone please refresh my memory on the specific benefits of the Guru Gaitri mantra? (Gobinday, Mukandday, Udaray, Aparay, Hareung, Kareung, Nirnamay, Akamay...) 2. Also, what is the specific benefit of chanting the "Ajai Alay" mantra? I remember a teacher giving us the mantra spelled out and telling us that YB explained a specific benefit for mastering this challenging mantra... 3. Has anyone taught long Ek Ong Kaurs alone as a meditation in class? Other than connecting with the Divine, side benefits? Thanks in advance!! Also, what is the specific benefit of chanting the "Ajai Alay" mantra? I BELIEVE IT GIVES YOU AN EXPERIENCE OF YOUR INNER LIGHT...HELPS YOU TO UNDERSTAND WHAT PEOPLE ARE "REALLY" SAYING AND HELPS YOU TO UNDERSTAND THE POWER OF THE SPOKEN WORD. 3. BALANCES/OPENS THE CHAKRAS STRENGTHENS THE MAGNETIC FIELD I BELIEVE YB SAYS THIS IS THE MANTRA THAT LIBERATED HIM. IT'S A MANTRA FOR THE AQUARIAN AGE. SAT SANGEET Post your free ad now!
