Guest guest
What is "gagging"? Its not "lion face" is it? I've never heard of it. Guest guest
"Gagging" is when while brushing your teeth in the morning you stimulate the back of the throat which causes your gag reflex to be enacted. This works to clear the mucous from your "monkey glands" as well as causing the eyes to water clearing the ducts. sat nam G
Guest guest
Question, do you actually bring up the mucus and spit it out, or is it swallowed? thanks > "Gagging" is when while brushing your teeth in the > morning you > stimulate the back of the throat which causes your > gag reflex to be > enacted. Guest guest
You spit the mucous out. Preventing it from entering your intestines.
Guest guest
Sat Naam! You might make a lion face when you do it Basically in the morning before brushing your teeth, you "gag" yourself with the toothbrush to clean out the throat & the "monkey glands" there. It makes your eyes water with what Yogi B. calls "cataract water" which cleanses the eyes & tear ducts. Making the eyes water is one of Shat Karma Kriyas, cleansing techniques of the yogis. Also can be done through Tratak Meditation. Run a search for "gagging" in our archives to read more about it, there was a lengthy discussion about it earlier this year. ~ ranjit k. >"Melodye" <jewelebba >Kundaliniyoga ><Kundaliniyoga> >Re: Kundalini Yoga Eyes covered with a watery layer >Mon, 20 Oct 2003 05:20:10 +1000 > >What is "gagging"? > > Its not "lion face" is it? > > I've never heard of it. > > Melodye > - > ~ ranjit kaur ~ > Kundaliniyoga > Wednesday, October 15, 2003 7:27 AM > Re: Kundalini Yoga Eyes covered with a watery layer > > > Sat Naam, > > Do you practice "gagging" to make the eyes water in the morning?
