Guest guest
Dear Fellow Kundalini Practitioners, I have a few questions concerning Sadhana. Before beginning, does one need to face a certain direction. I have been facing East. Also, during Sadhana does one sit in "Easy Pose" with hands in the Giyan Mudra? This is with the exception of "Wahe Guru Wahe Jio," as it requires you to come to a kneeling position "Vir Asan," with your hands in "Prayer Pose." Also does one need to apply any emphasis on the navel, and/or Chakras, as well as, maintain a slight "Root Lock" during the meditations? I have recently purchased the book called "Sadhana Guidelines," but have not encountered anything yet, that talks about how the body should be positioned. Thank you for any assistance you may provide. Blessings, M ===== Kindest regards,MvGHM

Guest guest
Some of us do it. Some of us don't. There is a vast difference in the depth of ones practice if one chooses to rise up before the chickens and do their practice along with Japji and 62 minutes of chanting after the yoga. It goes right into the subconscious and such an experience of our depth is enough to give us a whole new look on our lives. If someone is doing yoga and is not having a transformative experience, then they need to get up a bunch earlier.
