Guest guest
Sat Nam Simon, In Kundalini Yoga we don't do headstand, because we don't believe it's good to put pressure on the Crown Chakra. We are big believers in shoulder stand, provided that it won't exacerbate any pre-existing conditions. Humbly Yours, Jaapsahib
Guest guest
P.S. Shoulder stand is frequently done with Breath of Fire; however, it can also be done with Long Deep Breathing or normal breathing. Jaapsahib

Guest guest
Could someone please advise; As a newcomer to Kundalini yoga, I have felt the great benefits of the headstand through hatha yoga practice. Is this posture used in kundalini yoga ? Also, if it is used, could it be done with the breath of fire, or would this be too strenuous or dangerous. Kindest regards simon
