Guest guest
This called cleaning the monkey glands. As you sleep at night your body detoxifies and this is deposited on the back of the throat. After you've brushed with potassium alum and salt: stick your toothbrush as far back as you can stand, causing the gagging reflex and bringing up this toxic lump. It is also advised that right after clearing it out you take your first drink of the day of water. You don't want to eat or drink before you do this or else you will reintroduce the toxins back into your system. > Re: Eyes covered with a watery layer > > Question, do you actually bring up the mucus and > spit it out, or is it swallowed? > > thanks ===== God is a verb, not a noun.--Buckminster Fuller The New with improved product search

Are you saying brush your teeth with this? Bill >
Guest guest
Sat Nam, I feel this lump every morning, I tried gagging with the toothbrush, but my stomach gets invovled, I am afraid of regurgitating something from it's depth...am I doing something incorrectly? Guest guest
Linda, you are doing it perfectly. The three signs you are doing this correctly is one, you'll water from the eyes. Two, you'll get a bunch of mucus coming from the "Monkey Glands" , throat and sinuses, and three, you'll belch air, not food, from your stomach. Now, if you are not in the habit of eating in your sleep or going to sleep real late after "All You Can Eat" Tuesdays at Tony's Italian Kitchen and getting up at 3:30, you shouldn't have a problem with food coming back up. Keep on doing what you're doing. I love gagging, Sat Nam, Dharam Singh linda kirby wrote: > Sat Nam, > > I feel this lump every morning, I tried gagging with > the toothbrush, but my stomach gets involved, I am > afraid of regurgitating something from it's depth...am > I doing something incorrectly? > > Thanks >
