Eyes covered with a watery layer

SAT NAM,

I notice these days that my eyes are covered with a

layer of fluid/water

in the front which is not allowing me to see clearly

for that time.

This layer clears itself after sometime but it is

occurring often.

I had this show up sometimes since I was a kid but

never really understood why.Lately, during one of the

days last month while I was going through gushes of

anxiety that immediately shoveled this watery layer in

front of my eyes and took sometime to clear itself.

I am noticing this happen more often since then.

Has anybody experienced this?

this brings a fear in me about my vision and about

anxiety in me that tells me that it is winning or it

will leave me in unhealthy condition if I dont

reduce my workload (as I am driven to complete the

tasks in front of me and this has what been causing

anxiety, work+home).... something of this kind.

Any suggestions are welcome.
