SAT NAM,

Today while I was reading the "ANATOMY OF MIRACLES"

I had an experience I would like to share.

Everyday I read this book I woudl feel like sleeping

.... kind of nice.

its hard to describe but I am just letting it be

whatever I experience.

Today, there was no sleepiness noticed after I read

the book , I came to learn that "Subject and Object"

are not different and distance that appears to exist

is only in mind. usually, I try to gaze for a few min

at "SSK" photo

at the end of the page in gratitude.

Today, I started gazing with the thought that "SSK, I

should be able to contact you as there is really no

distance between you and me.." and I closed my eyes...

lo.. It appeared that I forgot everything for a while

but aware of some sensations outside of me and some

inside of me and I heard a voice repeating ..

"I am proud of you".... after a few moments I opened

my eyes and I was amazed at that thought or voice.

For now, I dont intend to infere anything from it but

I just wanted to say thanks to this list for all the

help.

I am glad I got that book as I lot of changes in me..

Thanks SAT SANGEET.

Sat Nam everyone....Akkama's message, just stimulated

in me some thoughts I have around feeling connected and

like there is no distance between us.

It's funny...there are some people we wish to God, we could

feel "more" distance from....while others are just magnetic

and no matter how close we get...we always want it to be

closer yet. I have people in my life I feel both of the ways

about!! ~: )

It's that longing for the infinite connection that we are

experiencing....and as Akkama said, "we are all one"

....so when I connect with another human being, I am

connecting with God, in essence. We learn to experience

the infinite through one another through our interactions.

Akkama had sent me an e-mail awhile back expressing

that it would be nice to have the opportunity to meet me

and come to a class....and I had written back to her..."there

is no distance between us, consider yourself met".........for

me it's that process of going from finite to infinite. When I

am feeling alone and limited or separated (finite)....connection

is only a thought away. I just need to decide to feel

connected and I do that by opening my heart and feeling

and simply having the intention to experience a connection. (Infinite)...and

then experience it. It doesn't always happen in

that moment...but it comes eventually.

Now that doesn't mean I necessarily have the experience

of a "personal" connection with the person I am wanting

to feel connected with (although that might happen)...but

I "will" have an experience of connection...however that

may manifest. In reality, if all is one...any feeling of

connection...is a feeling of connection to all...and the

person you are wanting to feel a connection with, would

be included in that soup.

I am remembering something Guru Singh said in a lecture

about never having met someone he didn't already

know...his point being that "I" am everywhere...for all is

one. My teacher also made the comment once that, he

never a met a person he didn't feel connected to...he went

on to say...I don't always enjoy the connection...but I've

never not felt the connection!

People have also asked my teacher before, about

experiences that they have had where they experience

a teacher speaking to them in a dream or meditation...

whether this is actually happening or not? He answers

that often our higher self will take the form of a teacher

to share information/guidance/encouragement with us

etc....sometimes we experience guidance in the form

of visitations of other beings or teachers.....but as Akkama

said, whether your experience is actually one of

"direct contact" or not...is neither here nor there...it's

the experience itself and whatever meaning that it holds

for you that is of value to you.

My teacher says...if your radiant body is strong...you

could be broadcasting over the "entire neighborhood"...I

guess whether that is locally or globally depends on the

strength of it!! Ha ha ha!

Last week in my meditation class my teacher was

describing using the shabd as a direct line of connection

to the Infinite...I believe he called it something

like..."working with the shabd or inner sound current is

our Hot Line to Heaven"....

So Ya...keep enjoying the connection!

Akkama,

That's soo funny that I should log on today and see this post from you about

your experiences with Subagh Singh's book.

As I woke up this morning, I came downstairs and saw a package on the sofa.

And it was 'Anatomy of Miracles'.

I had ordered it *weeks* ago, and completely forgottten about it.

I'm looking forward to reading it. I've never studied any SNR before, and

don't really know anything about it. Apart from the fact that I had a

treatment with GuruDev when I was living in Paris and he came a visited

there.

I'd love to share more with people about how SNR has helped you, how you

practice etc. as it's a study I'm just about to embark on.

Sat Nam,

Sat Nam Krishan Shiva,

I can share with you the ways inwhich

I practice SNR.

I Have a massage/healing modality practice

and I use it within this practice...asking people

to come with an intention for healing...whether

it just be some physical ailment or something

of another nature that they would like some healing

around. I do the healing first...then as I massage

the client begins to reflect through their topics of

conversation with me...what changes occured in

their consciousness from the healing...and I continue

to relate to my sensitive space with just the general

intention to remove obstacles to whatever their

intention is for healing...while I continue to massage

and speak with them.

I also use it within class as I teach. Having the

intention during exercises to remove obstacles/resistance

while the students perform exercises....also in the

inbetween times I just relate and continue to remove obstacles/resistances to

experiencing a deep

relaxation and connection throughout class.

I use it with group work...if things are going awry...I begin

to relate to the sensitive space with the intention to

remove resistances related to the group moving in a

forward direction.

I use it during meditation to remove obstacles in order

to experience a deeper meditation and transformation.

I use it when I listen to music or dance or play music

or write etc...either to get into the flow or to create

from the flow or to go deeper into the experience... in

order to experience a fuller merger and expression.

I really use it all the time...whenever I see a need within

myself or some situation I am involved in...that seems

to be stuck in some way. My intention is always to

experience forward movement...and however that

intention gets answered is up to the sacred space

that gets evoked.

There's no restriction with SNR either...you can do it

from a distance and it is as powerful as if the person

was right infront of you....I have practiced distance

healing many times...both recieving and facilitating.

Of course with something like this, you need

permission from the person you are wanting to give

healing to....in order to maintain the integrity and

ecology of the practice. But if you have

permission...it works great.

There should always be an exchange as well for any

healing done....if not payment, some kind of

trade or gift.

So! I have fun...it's exciting to embark on a pratcice

of SNR...it will open your heart and change your

consciousness.

Blessings of light,

Sat Sangeet
