Guest guest
Greetings, all. I began taking Kundalini yoga last spring with an excellent teacher; I have moved states to attend graduate school, however, and there are no local classes on Kundalini yoga here in town. I am pretty inexperienced - can I practice this on my own without a guide? If so, can anyone recommend sources that I can use in place of a class or teacher? Thank you, Julia
Guest guest
Hi Julia Welcome to the list. I hope you will enjoy your time here and gain some valuable insights. Check out kundalini yogaclasses.html for details of our free online training course. You can purchase manuals by Gururattan & others, videos by Nirvair Singh & Ravi Singh, music by a whole host of artists, from Yoga Technology - When I was living in Scotland, I only had Gururattan's manuals to guide me on my initial practice. If you have any questions about KY then holler - there are plenty of folk on here who will be delighted to help you with advise and suggestions. Sat Nam! Gordon - beaudelet Greetings, all.
