Guest guest
Thanks Sat Atma, Yes I've sometimes seen people doing this to Wahe Guru, wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe jio, in Sadhana. I've seen people do it quickly, moving up on 'wahe guru', down on 'wahe guru', up on 'wahe guru', and down again on 'wahe jio'. So is it quite a slow movement then? 4 times, per 10 seconds? Or can it be done faster as well? ... It goes quite nicely in time with the music if it's done faster. Guest guest
Sat Nam Krishan Shiva, Good question about the rythm. Whenever I've practiced this med it was with another cd by Ghyanni Ji which is slower than Gurunam's (excellent music too!) but I believe that if the faster rythm feels right for you just do it like that. Just let your body synchronize with the music and it will lead you. You know this effect that happens sometimes with the kundalini kriyas (especially the long ones) there is an energy space created and once you let go and allow yourself to enter that space you just become one with the energy and the movement and the rythm and the mantra! It's a union and it is quite an experience. Good luck! Sat Atma
