Yes POTASSIUM Alum and salt, (DO NOT use Aluminum

Alum, it's poisonous!) the alum is an astrigent that

will really clean the mouth, and salivary glands; salt

is for roughage to scrub the teeth without wearing

them away. So much of modern toothpaste is packaging

and profit. There is a simpler way but it costs the

corporate structure money, Regards

Sounds like you are doing everything right. Just be

sure you haven't eaten in the last 4-6 hours and

nothing will come up. Regurgitation reflex is a

cultural thing too. You might experience some stomach

fluids coming up, acids but as long as the stomach is

basically empty you should be OK. Just remember, do it

first thing in the morning. I always enjoy a good gag

in the morning! Good luck.

I feel this lump every morning, I tried gagging with

the toothbrush, but my stomach gets invovled, I am

afraid of regurgitating something from it's depth...am

I doing something incorrectly?
