I like to read Nagarjuna but that's no easy stuff. Any way, I don't think that the words of the Buddha to his disciples had to do with finding the truth by any 'conceptual' means but by 'directly' recognizing mind's essence. I also believe that's what Guru Nanaak, Patanjali, Jesus ('Be still and you will know...')and other sages actually taught.
