Guest guest
Just some background on topic, I often in sleep tend to be attacked by souls/pschye and various figures appear. These dreams are very different from the others and occur between 3AM to 5AM.Usually , I wake up during those and I can feel a difference in my magnetic field , aura, navel region etc and feel unusal for first few morning hours. Recently, I had a dream where soul was literally trying to pull me out of my body and take me with it, I could feel the hard pressure and woke up.. taking God's name. other times I experience becoming light and able to fly in air or at fight with another Bad pschye.... Initially, I would get very scared...but now I just allow that experience according to SNR and pray to God that soul be blessed.. I know we had some discussion on this before and I was advised to do Har Har Gobinde.. I did it for 120days. during this time it was OK but they have started again since couple of months and have increased in number,, it is really uncomfortable and although I seem to handle it well I want to get away from these .... Any help is greatly appreciated. Akkama The New with improved product search
Guest guest
Sat Nam, I find it interesting that the answers are often embedded in the question. occur between 3AM to 5AM. * This is why we are supposed to do Sadhana and meditate during these hours. now I justallow that experience according to SNR and pray to God that soul be blessed.. * Always a great idea. I was advised to do Har Har Gobinde..I did it for 120days.during this time it was OK but they have started again * If it worked why not continue? There is a very specific mantra for this type of "nightmares." It is the last four lines of Jap Sahib. Chatr chakra varti Chatr chakra bhugatay. Suyamdhav subhang saraba daa sarab jugatay. Dukaalang pranaasee di-aalang saroopay. Sadaa ang sangay abhangang bibhootay. Translation : Thou art pervading in all the four corners. Thou art the enjoyer in all the four corners of the universe. Thou art self-illumined and the uniter of all, destroyer of bad times, embodiment of mercy. Thou art every within us, thou the everlasting giver of indestructible power. Another interpretation is "You are the destroyer of bad times, embodiment of mercy. You are within us forever, eternal giver of indestructible power." Yogi Bhajan suggests listening to this on autoreverse while you sleep. Most definitely listen to it during the early hours of the morning. This is available on CD on www.yogatech.com Chatr Chatr Vartee by Kulwant Singh This is also availble on Guru Shabad's Shakti CD ANd then there is Jaap Saahib itself by Vikram Singh and Sat Kartar which includes Chatr Chakra Vartee at the end. As we consciouslly and connect with the Divine and program our subconscious with Divine vibrations the fear that attracts "attacks" disappears. Guest guest
Sat Nam. Try this if mantras are not working. First, state clearly to the universe that you are no longer going to be a host for dark entities. Any contract you made is nil and void, as of now. From now on you will attract only the light and be only the light. Second, treat the dark entities as an obstacle. Once a day, preferably at the same time every day, visualize all the dreams, the beings, the darkness in whatever form it comes, and see it being destoyed with a big hammer or burned up in fire. Continue to do this and let all the negative thoughts arise until the images appear to be destroyed and you are having positive thoughts. Then clap you hands firmly three times. Do it preferabley for 28 days. Seva Simran
Guest guest
Thank you SevaSimran Singh and GRK for their great inputs on this. I had some questions/concerns on SSS message.. "Declare to the universe that I am no longer a host for dark entites and whatever contract I had with them is void or null from now"... does this mean I might have had something to do with these dark entities.. or is this something stored in my sub-consciousness which is making it attract dark entities.. thats like a push back on my nature and how I always saw myself.. I cannot even imagine to be anywhere closer to the brim on the dark side... could you please explain more in detail about how all this relates ... Thanks again for all the responses. Guest guest
Hi, I am new to this list, and new to dream analysis, but I have been devoting a lot of time to it lately, in particular to Jungian dream analysis. Maybe I can offer some useful information. Gururattan Kaur is very right about disconnection from the infinite. This can be said in many ways: disconnection from God, soul loss, loss of faith, but it all means the same thing- our conscious actions are not in accord with our deeper nature. According to my experience, I do not necesserily fear and hate the things that could do harm to me. I fear the things I have repressed in myself. To me, this is the meaning of being disconnected from the whole; I fear the things I have disconnected myself from. Suppose the spirits you see are not from without you, but from within. They might be the parts of the Whole your consciousness is disconnected from. They might just be trying to get your attention, to alert you to something that is going on. Fear is the natural response, but if you react antagonistically toward these spirits, chase them away using the power of kundalini yoga techniques, you could be exposing yourself to greater danger. Repressed feelings tend to accumulate psychic energy with time. It might be possible to banish these outside your body, too, but this is very dangerous as well as one never knows where these things end up. On the other hand, recovering these fragments, restoring the connection would return the trapped energy to you. I have been trying this with my own shadow (the repressed part) and I have found out a lot of interesting things about myself. It is very difficult, however. Kundalini yoga is very powerfull. It can give you a lot of energy to help reabsorb the disconnected fragments, it can even do work behind the scenes- in the unconscious, as Gururattan Khalsa said. But I think it is terribly important to discover, consciously, what the spirits are, to find out their names, if you will, and to readmit them to the Whole inside you. Personally I do this by journalling, writing down my dreams and impressions, by trying to find the things that make me angry and come to terms with all sides of my personality. I try to keep in mind that God(or the Tao, in my case), and His reflection in myself has dark and light sides and that I am best off finding out about all of them. It is good that you have been able to come to terms with the dreams somewhat, it sounds like you are on the right track. Don't worry that its taking a long time. However, if they get much worse, if illness appears, you might want to talk to your local guru/shaman/occultist/psychoanalyst to get some assistance. These things are really difficult to talk about over the internet, it is so hard to get the information across. Good luck, Cos

Pray for the darkness to be filled with Light. Aid these beings that don't know how to find the light move on to higher frequencies. Have you read my NMB newsletter #74 Face the Light of Your Soul? Guest guest
Great information!. Thanks to all who have responded. Thanks Khirpin(not sure of Name) for giving a vey honest opinion. I consciously seem to agree to what Khirpin has written about and would liek to work on the repressed part of my being rather than focus on chasing them away. I feel from heart that it is best to remain stable and neutral allowing the experience and asking God for light and I am sure this must get resolved. Sure, I do yoga, morning hours I getup at about 5:15AM and do an hour of yoga and then rush to office. As a child I had seen spirits/souls entering many humnan beings/my own Grandma and had a very strong fear about that, now I dont react with fear but that still has a lot of unanswered questions in me as to why, how it all happens.. Probably this is the repressed part in me which needs acceptance and understanding and is comng to light during dreams to be worked on.. My intention shall be compassion/to help them move to light as So I Would ... and one thing I am confident off is no matter what harm/harmless they try to do/not do I know that all the solution lies in "Chanting/taking/surrendering to the name of GOD!!.
