I'm really pleasantly surprised at all the free information which is freely available for anyone interested. Thank you so much. I'm fairly new to yoga and natural healing but have been studing alot over the last few months. I was really interested in Kundalini and I'm so excited now to be given the opportunity to learn the yoga. Oh by the way, I'm from Ireland. I'm married, 33 and have 3 children.
