Guest guest Posted November 10, 2003 Report Share Posted November 10, 2003 Sat Naam I have been working on a 120-day sadhana of chanting Rakhe Rakhanahar -- I say "working on" because I've had to restart a few times already! :.{ ha ha! -- anyway, I have definitely experienced some heart opening. Some bones in my chest have literally popped apart with the expansion! A definite confirmation of a heart opening experience from this mantra in my book!
