Marco,

Do you have a lot of secrets? or just a couple of pretty big ones?

What I'm getting at is when we connect our personal pranic body with the

bigger Impersonal Pranic Body around us and in everything, our legs will

feel light and there will be a lightness in your step. You can do this

through Yoga, Pranayam, powerful emotional release, music, deep

interpersonal intercourse.

Tell us more about yourself. Age, birthday, how long you've practiced

and where.

Dharam Singh,

yes, i have 1 big secret and some smaller. My birthday is 17- 4 -1961

and it is 1-2 months that i practice KY in Sud-Switzerland with

satisfaction. I am not sure but the tension in the legs starts when i

hold the breath out for long.

Tank you

Hi!

The following has helped me a lot:

Sit down on your yoga mat, legs straight in

front of you. Then 'slide' forward on your sit-bones. (You have to

feel your sit-bones 'digging' into your mat). Then gently get into a

cross-legged position.

After that, check that your sit-bones

are still digging into your mat. If not, bending forward slightly from your

belly and straightening up again, will help.

Then hold your lower leg (shin) with your hands and pull it lightly, keeping

back straight. Now

conciously relax your legs COMPLETELY. You can hold your breath quite

easily this way, but you must concentrate on keeping legs relaxed in the

beginning. Once your back muscles are

strong enough, you won't have to pull with your hands any more (I haven't

reached that stage yet). Good luck!

Greetings

Chela Shanti

Sat Nam Marco,

We could all do well by unloading some of our private knowledge.

With your date of Birth being the 17th, that gives you an Eight as a

Soul Number (check out your free Numerology at http://www.3ho.org ).

This is a Challenge for you. Eight is the Pranic Body, and this aspect

of your being needs to be balanced for you to feel your inner harmony.

Purity and innocense, to name just a couple, are qualities that derive

from this body but the key phrase for this body is Fear vs.

Fearlessness. This is different from courage which is knowing about a

danger but still going forward. Fearlessness is like that of a child,

to whom it never occurs that there is anything to fear. To him

everything is loving and supporting. You need to be there. No

struggling. The world is one big featherbed with no mean people.

You might reallly get off on a 3 to 10 day watermelon fast. If this

doesn't seem completely "out to lunch", email me for details or just

check the archives, we've gone over this at least once before.

Good Night,

Dharam

P.S. This has everything to do with the tension in your legs and lower

back, too.
