Little hint: Really let yourself go into the experience during the 2nd exercise. There is a very cozy and sacred layout layout at the end. (Sacrum - Sacred - Secret.....just something to go "hmmmm" about) Any and all tension in the body is by definition related to a tension in the mind, and vice versa. That is the way it is.
