Satnam RN Gupta,

Regarding raw foods, one can live on them indefinitely if they are

balanced properly. Cooking as you know degrades the vitamin content (but not

the mineral content) of foods substantially, and with raw food you enjoy

better nutrition. I like to use Bragg's liquid aminos instead of

salt, but I don't think adding some salt would interfere much with a

cleanse. Might I suggest living-foods.com for dozens of free

articles and information, and David Wolfe's excellent book "The

Sunfood Diet Success System".
