Guest guest
SAT NAM Gururattana, I wanted to better understand of your mention to "to Love yourself just a little more each day" in your recent NMB. What exactly does "Loving onself mean"? Does this mean "Befriending your body"? I would be greatful if you can reiterate that as I would like to walk on that path. Thanks Akkama Protect your identity with Mail AddressGuard http://antispam./whatsnewfree
Guest guest
Dear Akkama, I wanted to better understand of your mention to "to Love yourself just a little more each day" in your recent NMB. What exactly does "Loving onself mean"? Does this mean "Befriending your body"? * That is one important aspect of it. For example, you can do KY in a very loving way, eat well and slowly. There are so many ways. Also being kind to yourself. Not judging yourself. I would be greatful if you can reiterate that as I would like to walk on that path. * I am in the process of writing the next NMB on this topic. I made a list of ways to do this that I used in my class the night of the Harmonic Concordance and will share it with all of you. Thanks for asking. Guest guest
Dear Akaama, Sat Nam! I have just sent out the NMB #77 on Self-Love. I invite you all to try some of the ideas and share your experiences. These should help you deepen your experiences in your KY practice.
