Sat naam,

 

See if she can lift one leg at a time. Also placing

hands under the

hips

will support the pelvis at a tilt to help lighten the

legs. Let me know

if

that works for her. There are other modifications too.

Have her bring both knees to the chest and hold them

there with her hands. Still doing BOF and still

maintaining the head off the floor. This is considered

a "rest" for stretch pose.
