Karin-sets for anger and resentment

Karin:

Sat Kriya, among its countless other benefits, is great for keeping

anger and resentment under control. It has been my main method of

controlling

my own anger and resentment at various people over the last few

years, and it

has served me quite

well. It is not going too far to say that Sat Kriya is the only

reason that

I am still married and still have my job.

Also, there is the "Anger Set" in the manual "Relax and Renew", by

Gururattan Kaur.

Of course, long deep breathing and Sitali breath are also great

techniques for controlling the two emotions in question.

God bless.

Hi man i´m an rage a holic myself. I´m currently doing Sat Kriya and here are

the instructions for my favorite kriya, it really works. I´m going to give you

one that has helped me the most if you want to try it out, but i realize also

that everyone is on a different path. It building strength in the Immune system,

which can be depleted by worrying. It has made me more communicative and

generally happier, i think better and have more stamina. It could be best

described like natural amphetamine, but it helps your nervous and immune system,

so instead of frying your brain it makes it better. Since we´re both trying to

figure alot of stuff out in our heads, I figured I should share what I know has

helped me the most, in that maybe it could help you too. So here it is.1) Sit

indian style with back against the wall 2) extend both

arms like wings 30 degrees forward from your sides keeping your elbows staight.

3) Left arm, your palm faces the floor, right arm pinkie

and ring finger are tucked under your thumb and index and middle finger are

pointed out to the side like a gun.

4) Right arm remains still throughout exercise.

5)Left arm (elbow straight) moves up and down 9 inches,

flapping like a wing but with elbow staight.

6) Breath through nose like a steam engine (like breath of

fire) at exhaling and inhale at stomach. The stomach belly button should jump

automatically with the left arm. exhaling when the arm goes down and inhaling

when it goes up.

7) do this for 11 minutes! It will hurt, but keep elbows

straight.It should hurt.

8) After 11mins holding arms out, inhale and tense every

muscle in your body and inhale and hold for 30 secs., then exhale, inhale and

repeat for 20 secs., then 10 secs. and finally 5 sec.

9) Criscross hands and palms together, back of right hand

facing heart/solar plexus and back of left hand forward.

10)Inhale and squeeze hands together so hard until you

shake for 15 secs. after exhale Do this 3 times. Relax.

Breath control is mind control. This ancient pranyama (breath

exercise) is one of the most powerful. It opens and recharges every pranic

center in your body. And gets rid of emotional garbage which can tire you out.-

It is from ¨Transitions to a heart centered world.¨

Take Care and I wish you the best, Chris
