Funny you should mention anger... Anger is a pitta imbalance also. Do you know your dosha type? Pitta can become pacified with sitali breath, long walks in the moonlight, meditation on lunar light. Be careful with hot, spicy food, eat cooler foods ie; cucumbers(cucumber riata) avocado, basmati rice and quinoa. Peppermint or rose petal tea would be great for you. Rose and jasmine essential oils help to cool pitta also. You might also try some neem on the area or blood cleanse tablets.
