Greetings

 

What Adarsh S said is so true. I also do not have the time and privacy that

I would like to have and it frustrated me a lot until I started looking for

loose minutes to use. I always try to read something spiritual before I go

to bed and if I am very tired I just do some deep breathing while lying on

my back before I curl up to sleep. Start my day with some deep breathing

while still in bed....give myself at least 15 minutes to prepare my inside

for the day before the rest of the house wakes up. Sometimes lock myself in

my office during lunch time to empty my mind a bit. Having mostly stolen

moment to spend on yourself and your spirituality is difficult but still

works wonders.
