Guest guest
The details are not listed, nor is the source. Fortunately I am not dealing with anger, but am, as best as I can describe, going into a soul cleansing. I find that one layer exposes another layer, and I am thrown into other energies that I need to face or understand. I get weepy or joyful, that passes and I go into deep serenity. I do not always understand. I just try to accept and go on. Lydia
Guest guest
Sat Nam Rafael, I thought I'd share what I found to be a very powerful yogic tool and one that, also, seems to be gaining in popularity lately. It's very direct and addresses what often is very tangible for many folks. Working with the apparent emotions are like peeling the first layer of the proverbial onion. I first tried it in June 1989 and I felt so "right" afterward I continued doing it for another 95 days. Almost every time I completed the series I felt and tasted a sweetness in my being. And this wasn't something "esoteric", it was a tangible taste in my mouth and in my brain. I think the Sages and Saints describe this with terms like Nectar, Ambrosia, Amrit and Ojas. Whatever you want to call it, it IS the subtle glue what holds together body, mind and spirit and makes way for a connection with our Soul. At the very least I found I wasn't "gettin' in my own way". It changed me.
