I have been experiencing a wonderful tingling on the left side of my head, more near the crown, for the last few days. The tingling is periodic, but becoming more frequent as the day goes on. The first experience was at an ashram 2 years ago. I have been doing some chakra work for the last 6 weeks, and most notice the sensations since doing the heart center. Any thoughts from anyone?
