It is so true what you say about analyzing things: and I really wish I could afford a teacher, but can't at the moment, (between jobs...). There are so many questions that are filed on the pending shelf, begging for answers. Anyway, I've gone back to doing only hatha yoga and pranayama the past few days and feel much better. Will do a few kriyas again when I feel ready. Dharam I'll get some veggies too. Maybe *smile* - the teacher will come when the student is ready.
