One of my friend has acne problem on her face.

What are some of the remedies that KY can offer for

her as a cure?

I thought of may be asking her to use Sunflower oil as

she has oily skin.

Could you please suggest something that can benefit

her.

I have found this to be true, Lack of circulation to different parts of the

body brings corresponding problems. One such example is lack of circulation

to the headdd and face can cause acne (in younger and sometimes older people),

and , lack of circulation to the head is also one of the causes of hair

greying and hair loss ( predominatly in men of coursse but in women

also). I know an adoloscent whose acne greatly improved after two weeks by

focusing on some of the different postures that cause blood to rush to the head.

Handstands an any other posture that invert the body cause the blood to rush to

the head. Therefore nourishing and regenerating all the cells in the face and

head. Inverted postures that cause the blood to rush to the head can greatly

improve acne, hair loss, the greying of hair, and also skin texture and an

overall look of youth in the skin and the face among other things. Any postures

that cause blood to rush to the head can greatly improve these problems in

short period of time. If the person in need of help is not a regular yoga

practioner, then hand stands or headstands should do fine. Tell them to

practise

this for 2-3 weeks and if they see results, please let us know! Thankx
